Welcome to the 2010 CFC Norcal Application Season!
Thank you for your interest in participating in the combined federal campaign workplace giving program. If your application is successful, you will join 3000+ charities that are eligible to receive designated gifts from Federal employees in the Fall 2010 charity campaign.
Please review the Applications and instructions VERY CLOSELY. Please call or email if you have questions.
2010 CFC Federation Application, Instructions and Spreadsheet
- Federations are required to submit a full application each year.
- New Federation Members (not participating in the 2010 Campaign or Members that changed Federations) must submit a complete application for inclusion with its Federation Application.
- 2009 approved Federation Members (that did not change Federations) must continue to submit applications to respective Federations. Federations are not required to submit 2009 approved Members Applicants to the PCFO by the application deadline of March 1; however, each Federation must maintain a file and complete application for all 2009 Members listed in Attachment A and G, as the PCFO, LFCC or OPM may request a full review of any Federation Member.
- All Federations are asked to provide organizational data and 25 word statements using the downloadable spreadsheet; submit with the application on a CD. (Federations are asked to provide data for all Members.) PLEASE USE THIS SPREADSHEET ONLY! You must also submit a paper copy of Attachments A and G to your application.
2010 CFC Application for Independent Local Organization and Federation Member Application, Instructions and Spreadsheet
- Independent Local Organizations are required to submit a full application each year.
- All Independent Local organizations are asked to provide organizational data and 25 word statements using the downloadable spreadsheet; submit with the application on a CD. PLEASE USE THIS SPREADSHEET ONLY!
2010 CFC Application for Family Support and Youth Activities (FSYA) previously Morale, Welfare and Recreation (MWR) Organization Application, Instructions and Spreadsheet
- Family Support and Youth Activities - FSYA (previously MWR - Morale, Welfare and Recreation Organizations) are required to submit a full application each year.
- All FSYA Organizations are asked to provide organizational data and 25 word statements using the downloadable spreadsheet; submit with the application on a CD. PLEASE USE THIS SPREADSHEET ONLY!

RE: 2010 Combined Federal Campaign (CFC)
Dear CFC Applicants:
It is the desire of the CFC Norcal, Local Federal Coordinating Committee to be as inclusive as possible for the 2010 Campaign.
To ensure that you have the best information possible, the CFC will hold a workshop for all Northern California charitable organizations (federations and local independent organizations) to apply to the 2010 CFC.
The workshops will be held on the following dates/times:

The purpose of this workshop is to ensure that organizations applying to the CFC understand all the requirements for admission. We will cover all aspects of the application at the workshop and answer any questions you may have. We want to help you get it right the first time and avoid any denials caused by avoidable errors.
