CFC Norcal - Door Prize Drawings

All Federal Employees are eligible to submit an entry (see deadline dates and office locations at right and below) for the 2010 Door Prize drawings. Absolutely no contribution is necessary. All you have to do is fill in, print, and cut out the Door Prize Entry Form and return it to your Key Worker before the deadline. The Door Prize Entry Form is an Adobe Acrobat file you can type directly on. The Door Prize Entry Form must be printed regular 10 pound white paper and cut to size no larger than 8" by 1.5" size. (Do not enlarge/zoom to fit page.)

CFC Norcal is offering 23 chances to be a door prize winner.

Additionally winners may pick any one (1) prize of equal or lesser value in the specific drawing tier. That means, for example, that all five winners of the first drawing could opt for any one of the following: 49er tickets, an iPod or any of the other prizes in the first drawing.

Those who return their door prize entries to us by noon on October 29, 2010 will be eligible for all three drawings. Entries received by noon on November 30, 2010 will be eligible for drawings #2 and #3. And finally, entries received on or after that date, but before the January 7, 2011 deadline will be eligible for the 15 remaining prizes.

Drawings will be held following CFC Cabinet meetings:

Nov. 2010 (October drawing)
Dec. 2010 (November drawing)
Feb. 2011 (January drawing)

And remember, you don't have to get a prize to be a winner. Your participation with the CFC at any level guarantees that you are already a life winner and that's what really counts.
